Whether you are looking for a one-bedroom shipping container home for an off-grid cabin or an in-law suite, The Trailblazer is the perfect fit. Below you will find a step-by-step list of what is included.

OFF-GRID PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Custom built base and upper cabinets. Painted
  • 2′ Pantry cabinet with adjustable shelves
  • Stainless steel undermount sink (many options available)
  • Single lever faucet with sprayer
  • Granite countertop with a standard 4″ matching backsplash
  • Appliances:
    • Over the range stainless steel microwave
    • Standard 4 burner range (2 burner induction cooktop option)
    • 10 cu. ft. +/- stainless steel refrigerator with top freezer
    • 24″ dishwasher (optional)
  • Three LED can lights

OFF-GRID PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 5’ fiberglass tub/shower combo unit
  • Single handle shower valve
  • Natures Head composting toilet (standard flush toilet option available)
  • Double bowl painted vanity cabinet
  • Onyx vanity top with white square sink bowls (many color options available)
  • Single lever vanity faucets
  • Four LED can lights
  • Exhaust fan vented outside
