  • Select a sloped or gable style roof with ribbed 28-gauge metal (multiple metal color options available)

  • One exterior LED light and outlet next to entry door
  • Window and door shutters available at an additional cost, which is a great way to protect your home when it’s not occupied full time.
  • Awning over entry door available at an additional cost, which will provide protection from the elements.

  • (2) One-trip high cube containers (also known as cargo containers)
  • Mitsubishi mini split heating and cooling system
  • 30 gallon tanked water heater
  • Stackable washer and dryer located in walk-in closet (optional)
  • Vinyl plank flooring throughout
  • Interior wall board will be smooth painted square groove (shiplap look)
  • Ceiling throughout will be smooth painted square groove (will match walls)
