  • Granite countertop with a standard 4″ matching backsplash
  • Appliances:
    • Over the range stainless steel microwave
    • 24″ glass top, stainless steel electric range
    • 10 cu. ft. +/- stainless steel refrigerator with top freezer

  • 54″ fiberglass tub/shower combo unit
  • Single handle shower valve
  • Standard white round bowl toilet
  • Single bowl painted vanity cabinet
  • Onyx vanity top with white square sink bowl (multiple color options available)
  • Single lever vanity faucet
  • Three LED can lights
  • Exhaust fan vented outside
