The Double Duo uses two 40' shipping containers placed side by side to make a very comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. With a generous 10'x14' bedroom and a walk-in closet, a full sized tub/shower, a large living room with plenty of options for furniture configuration, and a spacious kitchen. The Double Duo makes great use of space and gives you plenty of freedom & options. Also available as a two bedroom (shown in the images on this page).

The Double Duo features a very roomy kitchen with full size appliances, quality hand-made cabinets and a very nice size built-in pantry cabinet

A luxurious feel to the bathroom with a full size 5' tub/shower, single or double bowl vanity with very spacious linen cabinet. Don't worry, we even have a spot for a stacked washer & dryer.

• 5’ fiberglass tub/shower combo unit (walk-in shower available at no additional cost)

• Faucet:  Single lever vanity faucet (Chrome)
• Light:  Four LED can lights
• Exhaust fan vented outside
• All interior walls in bathroom will match rest of living area
  • Option: corrugated galvanized metal (no cost)

Living Room

The living space of the double duo rests in the heart of the layout. With plenty of open space, your options are flexible for living area decor and furniture. There is even space for an optional wood burning stove upgrade.

• Will install an outlet on wall where TV will be mounted. Location chosen by customer.  TV not provided
• Will install a HDMI cable from TV location to cabinet specified by customer
• Eight LED can lights

Bedroom
