  • Laminate countertop with a standard 4″ matching backsplash (many color options available)

    • Standard microwave
    • Under-counter refrigerator
  • One LED can light

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 42″ fiberglass one-piece shower
  • Single handle shower valve
  • Standard white round bowl toilet
  • Two LED can lights
  • Exhaust fan vented outside

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 24″ wardrobe cabinet (optional upgrade below)
  • Enjoy a comfortable living space with an interior design providing an open layout with ample room to arrange your furniture in a way that maximizes both comfort for relaxing and sleeping.

  • The exterior of the container will remain exposed. Will be painted one color selected by owner
  • The original container doors will be operational allowing access to the 2’x8′ storage area.
  • One LED exterior light and outlet next to entry door

  • One-trip standard 20-ft shipping container (often called cargo containers)
  • Mini split heating and cooling system (hvac)
  • 20 Gallon electric tanked water heater
  • Vinyl plank flooring throughout
  • Painted smart panel for the interior walls and ceiling  (very durable option)
  • One 3′ half view entry door with standard knob and deadbolt

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Has a nice secure storage area behind the original container doors.  The space is 24″ deep x 92″ wide.
